Equity Awards
On February 26, 2025, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the Board of Critical Metals Corp. (the “Company”) approved an equity grant of 500,000 ordinary shares and a cash bonus award of $100,000 to Tony Sage, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, in each case, pursuant to the Company’s Amended and Restated 2024 Incentive Award Plan in recognition of his significant services to the Company over the past year, including its recent financing transactions.
