(b) Effective October 8, 2007, Richard W. Kornhauser is no longer serving in the position of Vice President, Marketing of Chattem, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Kornhauser’s responsibilities will be assumed by senior personnel in the Company’s marketing department.
