1. On February 23, 2023, the issuer effectuated a 1-for-15 reverse split of the issuer's common stock. This amount represents the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person as of February 1, 2022 on a post-split basis.

Remarks:

The reporting person was appointed as the issuer's Chief Accounting Officer on February 1, 2022, and as the issuer's Chief Financial Officer on December 28, 2022.
