On January 31, 2024, Core Laboratories Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023 and year ending December 31, 2023.

On January 31, 2024, Core Laboratories Inc. issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock for shareholders of record on February 12, 2024 and payable March 4, 2024.
