On July 1, 2014, Jamie Dimon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JPMorgan Chase & Co. issued a letter to colleagues and shareholders informing them of a recently diagnosed medical condition. A copy of his letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
