Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 4, 2016, JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan Chase”) announced that in accordance with the terms of the outstanding warrants to purchase common stock of JPMorgan Chase, the warrant Exercise Price will be reduced to $42.073 per share, effective as of the close of business on October 6, 2016. A copy of the press release relating to this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
