1. Represents the weighted average price per share. The shares were sold at prices ranging from $58.75 to $59.695. Full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each price shall be provided upon request to the staff of the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer.

2. Represents the weighted average price per share. The shares were sold at prices ranging from $59.76 to $59.92. Full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each price shall be provided upon request to the staff of the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer.

3. Grant of restricted stock. The shares are scheduled to vest over a five-year period beginning February 9, 2026, with 20% of the shares vesting on that date and on each of the next four anniversaries of that date.

4. The options become exercisable in 20% installments over a five year period with the first installment vesting on February 21, 2024. Each remaining installment vests annually.
