Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On December 16, 2024, Allurion Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) reconvened its previously adjourned 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) to consider and vote on six proposals, each of which is described in detail in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 8, 2024 (the “Proxy Statement”).
The following actions were taken at the Annual Meeting:
1.Proposal 1: The following three nominees were re-elected to serve as Class I directors on the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) until the Company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders and until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified, based on the following votes:

2.Proposal 2: The stockholders approved an amendment to the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to combine the outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock into a lesser number of outstanding shares, by a ratio of not less than 1-for-10 and not more than 1-for-25, with the exact ratio to be set within this range by the Board in its sole discretion.
