1. Includes (a) 9,746 shares of common stock and (b) 31,095 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), each of which represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock. 12,187 RSUs were granted on January 4, 2022, of which 1,523 RSUs vested on April 3, 2022, 1,523 RSUs vested on July 3, 2022, 1,523 RSUs vested on October 2, 2022, 1,523 RSUs vested on January 1, 2023 and the remaining 6,095 RSUs will vest in equal, quarterly installments through December 31, 2023. 25,000 RSUs were granted on March 30, 2022 and will vest in three equal, annual installments beginning on April 2, 2023.
