On January 25, 2005, Chesapeake Corporation ("Chesapeake") issued a press release providing updated cash flow guidance for its expected financial results for the fiscal-year ended January 2, 2005. The information contained in the press release, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, is incorporated herein by reference.
