Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 23, 2023, the Reporting Person became a holder of 1,722,525 shares of Class A Common Stock, representing approximately 10.0% of the total issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer, based on 17,228,479 shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer outstanding as of March 31, 2023, as reported by the Issuer in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. Since March 23, 2023, the Reporting Person's ownership of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer increased to 1,974,059 shares as of the date hereof, representing approximately 11.5% of the total issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer.
