Explanation of Responses:

1. 1/4th of the shares subject to this option will vest on September 6, 2023, and 1/48th of the shares vest monthly thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to be a Service Provider through each such date.

2. 1/4th of the Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") will vest on September 6, 2023, and the remaining RSUs will vest in equal quarterly increments over a three year period, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to be a Service Provider through each such date.

3. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of BLND Class A Common Stock.
