1. Of these shares, 43,901 represent deferred stock units that will be settled on a one-for-one basis in common stock. Includes 191 shares that were acquired since last filing through reinvestment of dividends under Chesapeake Utilities Corporation's Automatic Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan.

2. Includes 27 shares of common stock that the reporting person acquired under the 401k Plan between March 2017 and June 2017. Dividends payable on 401k Plan shares were reinvested to purchase 86 additional shares of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation common stock as filed in the total on the Amendment dated June 23, 2017.

3. Includes 1 share for the reporting person's spouse that was acquired through the reinvestment of dividends under Chesapeake Utilities Corporation's Automatic Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan.
