Reagan Bosco International Company, Inc. (the “Company”) became a public reporting company on October 13, 2023, after which time the Company had 45 days to prepare and file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2023 (the “Quarterly Report”). Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company has been unable to timely file its Quarterly Report and now requires an extension. The Company will aim to file its Quarterly Report within the extension period allowed under Rule 12b-25 or as soon as possible thereafter.
