1. On May 1, 2024, 247 of the Reporting Person's restricted stock units were settled for an equal number of Class A Common Stock.

2. Shares withheld for tax liability.

3. These options vest in accordance with the following schedule: 2,000 vest on each of the first through fifth anniversaries of the grant date (May 25, 2023).

4. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock.

5. These restricted stock units vest in accordance with the following schedule: 247 vested on May 1, 2024; 248 vest on May 1, 2025; and 248 vest on May 1, 2026.
