Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan in connection with the Reporting Person's appointment as Chief Commercial Officer. The RSUs are scheduled to vest in approximately three equal installments on June 2, 2024, June 2, 2025 and June 2, 2026.

2. Includes restricted stock units scheduled to vest in the future.
