1. This Form 3/A is being filed to correct the number of shares of AMC Networks Inc. Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person. The original Form 3, filed on June 22, 2023 (the "Original Form 3") erroneously reported 7,635 shares of AMC Networks Inc. Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person. The corrected number of shares of AMC Networks Inc. Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person is 11,208. Other than as described in this footnote, there are no other changes from the Original Form 3.
