Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K, dated and filed on August 10, 2023, as amended by the Current Report on Form 8-K/A, dated August 10, 2023 and filed on August 11, 2023 (the “Form 8-K”), with respect to BANK 2023-BNK46. The purpose of this amendment is to correct two scriveners’ errors in the previously filed Exhibit 4.1. Accordingly, Exhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K is hereby replaced in its entirety by the corrected version of the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the changes described above.
