1. The shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Common Stock") of Vista Credit Strategic Lending Corp. (the "Issuer") reported herein are held directly by Sapphire Private Funds Holdings II RSC Ltd ("Sapphire II"). Sapphire II is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC ("ADQ"), an Abu Dhabi-based investment and holding company that is wholly owned by the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. ADQ, which indirectly wholly owns Sapphire II, may be deemed the beneficial owner of the shares of Common Stock directly held by Sapphire II.
