Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes (1) 2,110 shares of common stock of the Issuer; (2) 5,130 restricted stock units ("RSUs") outstanding of the 8,209 RSUs granted pursuant to the 2021 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan") which can only be settled with shares of common stock, and 25% of the initial award vested on February 7, 2022, and thereafter 1/12 of the remaining portion of the award will vest on each quarterly vesting date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through such date; and (3) 35,705 RSUs, and 25% of the award will vest on March 29, 2024, and thereafter 1/12 of the remaining portion of the award will vest on each quarterly vesting date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through such date.

2. 25% of the shares subject to the option vested on February 7, 2023, and thereafter 1/12 of the shares subject to the option shall vest on each quarterly vesting date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through such date.

3. 25% of the shares subject to the option will vest on March 29, 2024, and thereafter 1/12 of the shares subject to the option shall vest on each quarterly vesting date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through such date.
