On November 10, 2023, the reporting person was granted 250,000 performance stock units ("PSUs") that are earned based on the percentage increase in the price of our Class B common shares during the three-year period following the grant date, ranging from 0% of the PSUs being earned and vesting if there is no (or negative) change in the value of our Class B common shares during the measurement period up to 100% of the PSUs being earned and vesting if the price of our Class B common shares doubles during the measurement period, with the number of PSUs that vest being determined based on linear interpolation for increases between 0% and 100%.
