Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 26, 2019, Johnson & Johnson and its Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies (the Company) announced that they will appeal the $572 million civil judgment entered in Cleveland County District Court in the State of Oklahoma's lawsuit against opioid manufacturers.
The related press release dated August 26, 2019 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
