Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares acquired pursuant to a reserved share program in connection with the Issuer's initial public offering.

2. Represents the grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") in connection with the Issuer's initial public offering pursuant to the terms of that certain Award Agreement for Time-Lapse RSUs (the "Agreement"), dated as of April 22, 2024, by and between the Issuer and the Reporting Person. Each RSU is the economic equivalent of one share of the Issuer's common stock and may be settled by delivery of an equal number of shares of the Issuer's common stock or, in certain cases as set forth in the Agreement, may be settled in cash.

3. 40% of the RSUs will vest on January 12, 2025, and 30% of the RSUs will vest on each of January 12, 2026 and January 12, 2027.
