Completion of Sale of Shares by Telix CEO
Melbourne (Australia) and Indianapolis, IN (U.S.A.) – 27 February 2025. Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX, Nasdaq: TLX, Telix, the Company) advises that it has been notified that the sale of Telix shares by Managing Director and Group CEO Dr. Christian Behrenbruch has completed1.
The sale of 2,000,000 shares was undertaken at a price of $29.50 per share by way of a block trade2. Dr. Behrenbruch’s remaining Telix shares are subject to a twelve-month lock-up arrangement and he has confirmed he has no intention to sell further shares in the foreseeable future. Following the sale, Dr. Behrenbruch’s interests in Telix shares equate to approximately 6.30% of Telix’s issued capital.
In addition, former Director3 and Telix co-founder Dr. Andreas Kluge has notified the Company that he has separately sold 2,000,000 shares at a price of $29.50 per share in a block trade. Dr. Kluge’s remaining Telix shares are subject to a twelve-month lock-up arrangement and he has confirmed that he has no intention to sell further shares in the foreseeable future.
