Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects employee stock options under American International Group, Inc.'s 2022 Omnibus Incentive Plan exempt under Rule 16b-3. Due to a deconsolidation which occurred on June 9, 2024, the employee stock options were converted into CRBG employee stock options. The options vest in full on February 22, 2025.

2. Reflects employee stock options under American International Group, Inc.'s 2022 Omnibus Incentive Plan exempt under Rule 16b-3. Due to a deconsolidation which occurred on June 9, 2024, the employee stock options were converted into CRBG employee stock options. The options vest ratably over two years from February 21, 2024.
