Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares are held directly by the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust Dated April 7, 2014 (the "Trust"), of which the reporting person is the sole trustee and has sole voting and investment power over all securities owned by the Trust. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

2. Includes 553,176 shares of common stock of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. beneficially owned by the Trust held in an escrow account for the benefit of the Trust. Such shares will be released to the Trust, if at all, on March 25, 2025.
