Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 10,040 ordinary shares, par value NIS 1.75 per share, issuable upon the vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted on April 18, 2024 under the ReWalk Robotics Ltd. Amended and Restated 2014 Incentive Compensation Plan. The RSUs vest ratably in four equal quarterly installments on each of July 18, 2024, October 18, 2024, January 18, 2025 and April 18, 2025.
