Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 5,047, shares previously reported as indirectly owned through a grantor retained annuity trust that were distributed to the reporting person pursuant to the terms of the grantor retained annuity trust on 2/6/2025 and 4.94 shares acquired through the Issuer's retirement plan based on information provided by the plan's administrators as of 1/3/2025.

2. 20,000 and 10,000 shares were contributed by the reporting person to a grantor retained annuity trust for the benefit of himself and his three adult children on 12/13/2024 and 2/19/2025, respectively.

3. Shares of common stock withheld by the Issuer to pay tax liability on the vesting of RSUs previously awarded.

4. Each restricted stock unit represented a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's common stock and vested on 2/25/2025.
