1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On December 13, 2005, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Chyron Corporation amended the Employment Agreement for its President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Michael Wellesley-Wesley. The amendment provides Mr. Wellesley-Wesley with a relocation housing allowance of $2,500 per month, retroactive to August 2005 and through June 2006, in connection with relocation of his residence from the U.K. to the U.S.A. in August 2005.
