Each restricted stock unit represents the contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.001 per share. The restricted stock units vest in three equal installments, on each of February 28, 2026, February 28, 2027, and February 28, 2028 provided generally that the Reporting Person remains in continuous service with Issuer through the vesting date. |
