Cantor Equity Partners I, Inc. Announces Pricing of $200 Million Initial Public Offering

New York, New York, January 6, 2025 - Cantor Equity Partners I, Inc. (Nasdaq: CEPO) (the “Company”) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 20,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $10.00 per share. The shares are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market and begin trading on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

The offering is expected to close on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as the sole book running manager for the offering.
