Item 8.01 Other Events.
Reference is hereby made to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (the “BMO 2024-5C6 PSA”) dated as of September 1, 2024, relating to the BMO 2024-5C6 Mortgage Trust (the “Issuing Entity”). The BMO 2024-5C6 PSA was filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K/A filed on September 26, 2024 under Commission File No. 333-255934-15. Effective as of March 1, 2025, Trimont LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Trimont”), succeeded to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Wells Fargo”) in the capacity described below and will act as successor:
· master servicer under the WFCM 2024-5C1 pooling and servicing agreement (filed as Exhibit 4.3 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on September 12, 2024 under Commission File No. 333-255934-15) pursuant to which the 9950 Woodloch mortgage loan, an asset of the Issuing Entity, is serviced.
