The first award is to be released in 32,138 shares of common stock, that vests in three installments: 5% on the first anniversary of the date of grant on 9/3/2025, then 25% on the second anniversary of the date of grant on 9/3/2026, and then 70% on the third anniversary of the date of grant on 9/3/2027. The second award is to be released in 13,531 shares of common stock, that vests in two installments: 50% on the third anniversary of the date of grant on 9/3/2027, and then 50% on the fourth anniversary of the date of grant on 9/3/2028. |
