Explanation of Responses:

1. Saleem Drera was appointed as an officer of the Issuer effective August 19, 2024. The Common Shares reported in Table I, Column 2 were issued to the Reporting Person by the Issuer in partial consideration of the Issuer's purchase of RadTran, LLC on August 16, 2024. The Common Shares are restricted, as they have not been and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
