1. Includes 251.746 shares acquired from the WesBanco, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

2. Includes 276.65 additional shares acquired from the WesBanco, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment Plan allocated pursuant to participation in the WesBanco Directors Deferred Compensation Plan. Under the terms of the Plan, shares are held in a Rabbi Trust.

3. Each share of phantom stock is the economic equivalent of one share of WesBanco, Inc. common stock and were acquired through reporting person's participation in the WesBanco Deferred Compensation Plan.

4. Includes 747.98 additional shares acquired from the WesBanco, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment Plan, allocated pursuant to participation in the WesBanco Deferred Compensation Plan.
