Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted share unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.

2. The RSUs were granted on January 23, 2024, and vest as follows: 1/3 on January 23, 2025; 1/3 on January 23, 2026; and 1/3 on January 23, 2027. As of the date of this Form 3, 51,320 unvested RSUs remain.

3. The RSUs were granted on June 22, 2023, and vest as follows: 1/3 on June 22, 2024; 1/3 on June 22, 2025; and 1/3 on June 22, 2026. As of the date of this Form 3, 2,100 unvested RSUs remain.
