2. Represents the remaining unvested portion of time-based restricted stock granted on 3/9/2022 pursuant to STC's 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), which began vesting in three equal annual installments on the first anniversary of the date of grant.

3. Represents the remaining unvested portion of time-based restricted stock granted on 3/8/2023 pursuant to the Plan, which began vesting in three equal annual installments on the first anniversary of the date of grant.
