Note 1: On May 1, 2020, Frontier sold its local operating companies in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington to Northwest Fiber, LLC. The order approving the sale was filed on 4/27/20.

Note 2: Pursuant to the relief requested under the various First Day Motions and their respective orders, certain payments have been made on prepetition obligations as outlined in various motions (e.g. wages, customer programs, insurance, content, taxes & regulatory, critical vendors, lien claimants and 503(b)(9) claimants).

Note 3: The Debtors operate a centralized cash management system which generates intercompany payable balances between the Debtor entities. These are generated in the normal course.

Note 4: Per MOR-4, trade payables reflected as past due pertain to invoices which are being evaluated by the Debtors. Once evaluation is complete, these invoices will be paid or reclassified as pre-petition liabilities.
