On April 1, 2008, Coachmen Industries, Inc. issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein. This press release announced that its All American Homes division has reached an agreement with Solar Village Homes, LLC of Boulder, Colorado to license, build and sell a line of eco-friendly, solar homes.
