On June 10, 2010, Alan R. Hirsig, notified Checkpoint Systems, Inc. of his intention to retire as a director of the Company effective
June 18, 2010. Mr. Hirsig's decision is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to
the Company's operations, policies or practices.
A copy of the press release annoucing Mr. Hirsig's retirement as a director, effective June 18, 2010, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and incorporated by referenced herein.
