Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 18, 2010, Grubb & Ellis Company (the “Company”) issued a press release and later that day held an earnings call reporting its results of operations for the fourth quarter of 2009 and for the year ended December 31, 2009.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company regarding the foregoing results is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. A copy of the transcript of the earnings call held by the Company regarding the foregoing results shall be filed as an exhibit pursuant to an amendment to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
