On March 14, 2008, Grubb & Ellis Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its board of directors had declared a first quarter dividend of $0.1025 per share with respect to Company stockholders of record on March 31, 2008. The dividend will be paid to the Company’s stockholders on or about April 15, 2008.
