During his speech at the Electrical Products Group 2009 Annual Spring Conference on May 18, 2009, Steven R. Loranger, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ITT Corporation will provide an update on the current state of the Company’s businesses and reaffirm the Company’s 2009 revenue guidance and earnings per share outlook from continuing operations of $3.20 to $3.60 per share, excluding the net impact of tax and other special items.
