1. Of these shares, 30.156 shares were acquired in exempt transactions as a result of dividend reinvestment. An additional 31 shares accrued as dividend equivalents on 400 restricted stock units which vested on April 10, 2016. The Issuer's stock traded in a range of $17.01 - $25.25 during 2015.
