(“Textron”) issued and sold $500,000,000 principal amount of its 2.450% Notes due March 15, 2031 (the “Notes”) pursuant to its Registration Statement on Form S-3 (No. 333-240116), including the related Prospectus dated July 27, 2020, as supplemented by the Prospectus Supplement dated August 3, 2020.
