Collins Industries, Inc. Reports Quarterly Dividend
Hutchinson, Kansas, November 29, 2005 ...... Collins Industries, Inc. (COLL.PK)
announced today that it had declared its thirty sixth consecutive regular
quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will be $0.04 per share, paid to
shareholders of record as of December 1, 2005 and will be payable on December
15, 2005. The ex-dividend date will be November 29, 2005. The Company has paid a
quarterly cash dividend for the past 35 consecutive quarters, exclusive of
special dividends paid in 1998, 2000 and 2001.
