On December 5, 2019, the Board of Directors of BK Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on January 17, 2020 to shareholders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on January 3, 2020.
