Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 15, 2005, Comarco, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call and webcast to discuss the Company’s first quarter results for fiscal year 2006, which ended on April 30, 2005, outlook for the second quarter and remainder of fiscal 2006 and current corporate developments. The transcript of the conference call and webcast is incorporated herein to this Form 8-K by reference and a copy of the transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
