On May 12, 2010, the Company’s board of directors appointed Michael Hosking, a resident of Thailand, as a non-executive member of the Company’s board of directors with immediate effect.
Mr. Hosking is the co-founder and a partner of Midas Promotions Pte Ltd. Midas Promotions, founded more than 20 years ago, promotes musical concerts in the Middle East and Asia.
