The stock option will vest in equal installments over a five-year period (provided that the Reporting Person continues to provide services to the Issuer on the applicable vesting date), with the first installment vesting on September 29, 2023 and the remaining four installments vesting on March 29, 2024, March 29, 2025, March 29, 2026 and March 29, 2027. |
